Halal Chicken Tail

Our Halal Chicken Tails are considered a delicacy and are enjoyed in many cuisines worldwide. Each tail weighs consistently between 100g–500g and is processed meticulously following strict halal slaughtering procedures, ensuring compliance with religious dietary requirements and high-quality standards. The chicken tails are thoroughly washed and cleaned, with all feathers removed and only the desirable white skin remaining (outer yellow skin is completely removed). The moisture content is carefully controlled and maintained below 3%, which helps preserve the product's natural texture and flavor. Each batch is rigorously inspected for quality, guaranteeing that the tails are free from excessive blood, bruises, broken bones, burns, unwanted hair, or any chemical residues. To lock in freshness, the product is chilled and drained at a precise temperature of 1ºC–5ºC for 8 hours before being frozen.
