Our Halal Chicken Back is a premium-quality product sourced from halal-slaughtered poultry, ensuring adherence to strict religious dietary laws and high processing standards. Each piece weighs consistently between 200–300g, offering a versatile option for various culinary uses, particularly in stocks, broths, and flavorful bases. Each chicken back is meticulously processed to meet international hygiene and export standards. They are thoroughly washed and cleaned, with only the desirable white skin retained and the outer yellow skin completely removed. We guarantee that our product is free from excessive blood, bruises, unwanted hair, burns, and any chemical contaminants, ensuring a pure and wholesome ingredient. To preserve its quality, the moisture content of the meat is carefully controlled to be under 3%. Furthermore, the chicken backs undergo a precise drainage process, chilled at 1ºC to 5ºC for 8 hours before being frozen. This critical step helps maintain the product's integrity and freshness upon thawing.
