Complete Export Documentation

Buyer Sends RFQ / LOI
The buyer submits a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Letter of Intent (LOI) specifying the product, quantity, destination, and preferred terms.
France AJ Reviews the Request
Our trade team reviews the inquiry, verifies product availability, and assesses the buyer requirements before proceeding.
Quotation / FCO Issued
We issue a full and firm Quotation or Full Corporate Offer (FCO) detailing product specifications, pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
Buyer Confirms
The buyer reviews the FCO and sends confirmation of acceptance or requests further negotiation. Once agreed, the process advances.
Contract / SPA Signed
A formal Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) or Contract is drafted and signed by both parties, outlining all trade terms and obligations.
Payment Instrument
The buyer arranges the agreed payment instrument — such as a Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Transfer (TT), or other mutually accepted method.
Inspection
Products undergo pre-shipment inspection by an independent, internationally recognized agency to verify quality, quantity, and specifications.
Shipment
Goods are loaded and dispatched per the agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.). Logistics and freight are managed efficiently from port to destination.
Shipping Documents
Complete shipping documentation is prepared and released — including Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary / Health Certificate, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and HALAL Certificate where applicable.
Payment & Trade Terms

FOB — Free On Board
IncotermThe seller delivers goods on board the vessel at the named port of shipment. Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are on board. Freight and insurance from that point are the buyer's responsibility.
CIF — Cost, Insurance & Freight
IncotermThe seller covers the cost of the goods, marine insurance, and freight charges to the named destination port. Risk transfers to the buyer upon loading, but the seller arranges and pays for transport.
CNF / CFR — Cost & Freight
IncotermThe seller is responsible for the cost of goods and ocean freight to the named destination port. Insurance is arranged by the buyer. Similar to CIF, but without the seller covering insurance.
DLC MT700 — Documentary Letter of Credit
PaymentA bank-issued payment guarantee (SWIFT MT700) ensuring the seller receives payment upon presenting compliant shipping documents. Widely used in international commodity trade to mitigate counterparty risk.
SBLC MT760 — Standby Letter of Credit
PaymentA bank-backed standby guarantee (SWIFT MT760) activated only if the buyer fails to fulfill their payment obligations. Applied where contractually required and agreed upon by both parties.
